Fantabulous Ideas is seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to craft and execute innovative digital strategies that will expand our brand presence, drive engagement, and boost conversions. You will play a pivotal role in marketing our thoughtful gift guides and products to diverse audiences while managing and growing our social media platforms.

Role Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Google Ads Campaigns:
  • Planning, creating, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitoring ad performance and implementing data-driven adjustments.
  1. Social Media Management:
  • Managing and growing Fantabulous Ideas’ presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Crafting compelling content strategies to engage audiences across platforms.
  • Analyzing engagement metrics and using insights to improve performance.
  1. Content Marketing:
  • Developing creative and SEO-friendly content for blogs, articles, and website updates.
  • Collaborating with the team to align content with marketing goals.
  1. Analytics & Reporting:
  • Tracking the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Providing detailed reports on ROI, audience growth, and campaign outcomes.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Working closely with the team to brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
  • Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising strategies is a plus.

Position Salary

  • Monthly Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Role Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer at Fantabulous Ideas, you will:

  • Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and pictures for our website, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Tech, and Marketing teams to create innovative designs that align with the brand’s vision.
  • Utilize Canva and other design tools to produce professional-quality content.
  • Brainstorm and develop creative concepts to enhance our brand presence.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and integrate them into your work.

Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proficiency in Canva and other design tools or platforms.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
  • Experience in creating engaging graphics, short videos, and high-quality images.
